I used the program at least 10 years ago when I became a teacher and something would think they'd have improved it in the past. Sure its much better than that first version, that my students loved, even so the library of graphics is stale, there are quirks that will make it difficult make use of. It would not go on a lot for making The Printshop an incredible program although the company have not chosen to upgrade to my satisfaction. Its usable but may very well be improved.

I read many reviews before purchasing this system. I have had no problems applying this package and also the installation on my own Macbook Pro and Quicksilver was flawless. The user interface is not hard to use plus a project may be quickly executed and never having to sort through a great deal of confusing menus. I am not an expert graphics artist but I use Photoshop, Elements, and CorelDraw for several projects. I was able to generate contact with Mackievs technical support inside a timely manner using email.
There were some extraordinary negative comments posted on Amazon as well as other sites which aren't accurate. There can be some confusion between PrintShop from Mackiev and Printshop from Broderbund. I purchased the Mackiev product and have absolutely no direct understanding of the Broderbund version. I think PrintShop 2 For Mac is usually a great value due to the price range.

Wow! Im really disappointed with the program. I caused various versions of Print Shop when I a PC and was excited to get the same product for my Mac, but I am VERY unhappy with my purchase. I bought this system because I needed clip art and was sick and tired with searching around around the Internet for pictures-but this system SUCKS inside the clip art department. The photographs are typically VERY dated, and check like we were holding taken in 1990-Im talking big overly teased hair, high wasted tapered jeans with baggy sweaters and ridiculously large glasses. For an 80 dollar purchase, the grade of the photos are completely UNACCEPTABLE! Even the pictures not involving people look dated. If you wish this product mainly for layouts and labels iWork won't have label making capabilities then sure buy this, but I would honestly just say go buy Microsoft Office for Mac with Publisher-youll be happier with all the fact that you may download countless clip art and images using their company site without cost.

Ive been using Print Shop for quite a while. Broderbund filled me with a freebie 1.0 when I switched from PC to Mac in the past and I still use Version 1.0.
