Not every day goes by lacking annoying explorer pop-up or some other message asking me to tune up my computer. How often does a person have to refuse?? If this isnt solved shortly, I will change to a different antivirus package.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! My AVG auto updated towards the new 2016 version. It completely took over my computer and blew away each one of my Web browsers apart from Firefox. Google Chrome is not going to even start. Internet Explorer will not likely start either, but at the very least shows a crucial error message. So I visited Control Panel to uninstall AVG. When I click Uninstall, it literally says Oops, something went wrong. Contact our friendly customer care. So I select the Contact Customer Support button, and naturally nothing happens. Its ironic make fish an antivirus program is behaving the same as a virus. This can be a DISASTER!!

Constant prompts to set up useless programs who do nothing to suit your needs but intrude upon your individual settings.
They care a little more about their clever marketing schemes ie: altering your homepage thus to their search filled up with their ads and constant paid upgrade options compared to they do about actually providing a handy and unobtrusive service with their customers.

This thing attacked my file sharing and totally screwed it, no warning, just broke it! It ran just the thing for 2 years, but this latest update is awful! It appears ads telling me that my computer needs their other product, interrupts my work, and screws up my settings without permission. Now, I cant even uninstall it without major steps! This thing is really a real ! If I were with pop-up ads, why would I need the herpes simplex virus program? I think THIS IS A VIRUS!!!! Good luck eliminating it!

After installing the modern version, I cant obtain the auto updates or scan to function. Ive tried every repair suggestion, uninstalled and reinstalled 3 I stop trying, time for you to move elsewhere I guess. VERY disappointing.

None. It doesnt install in Windows 7. I have used AVG for countless years, but I cannot install this new edition in my new Windows 7 computer.
It doesnt install in Windows 7. I downloaded the off the shelf one device version, however it says is windows ZEN version, and yes it doesnt install. This can be a major bug. Dont they actually any testing at AVG? Or maybe they assumed everyone will be using Windows 10?
I hope that AVG fixes this major bug because I would like to set up AVG inside my new computer. If AVG is beginning to change their software they will test it on all os's. They probably didnt test this on Windows 7. I hope someone from AVG reads this review nevertheless there is no way to call them through the website.

It was all to easy to download but that's about as far as the excellent part on the review gets. If you've PRO already installed, you've
to uninstall it first then install the new edition purchased that's ridiculous. Then I made a decision to purchase Ultimate and also you would think
AVG could place in an upgrade function rather then again being forced to uninstall. After undergoing this, I still have to work with their remove tool
several times and delete items from my registry. Finally after about 5 attempts, the merchandise installed. After the license ends, I will never
be purchasing this supplement again. The three stars is with the features which might be offered.

I used AVG anti-virus for a long time and have always liked it. This another one is particularly difficult to set up and activate. Theres no excuse for any product to get this difficult to put in. In spite from the written directions, it is just not the least bit intuitive and for that non-techies, it will probably be difficult. I do such as multiple devices features. After two full days, I finally got the AVG Protection installed and activated but, Im still experiencing AVG Performance 2015 to make it working, which I also purchased.

I could not have the system to update my key and I wasn't clear on what ZEN was and I didnt have time for you to try and figure it out so I requested to send out it back i purchased a different one that would allow me to make use of a real key. I was somewhat disappointed with AVG. I gave it three because I have used it to get a few years now and first-time I ran into a challenge.

Long time AVG user. Very disappointed on this version. Confusing to set up and tough to navigate. Bring back the earlier Internet Security, please.
