This ISO is bootable. No need to produce it bootable again. Simply burn the ISO on CD.
You should correct boot entries from file.

the reason you've got a such slow boot up is simply because you have plenty of antivirus and antyspyware installed, which isn t recommended, You should never run several antivirus program with the same time. The two programs could slow down your personal machine, and so they might even identify one another as a virus, that could lead to file corruption or another conflicts and errors which make your antivirus protection less effectiveor not capable at all.
It is complete bootable ISO this includes SP3.
