I can only urge that you step through exactly the same few processes again. be sure the AICB option within the Illustrator prefs is turned ON, plus the PDF choice is turned OFF. This tutorial is awesome. The effects are merely simply correct! I ve been seeking to design a logo animation somewhat this way incorporating the swirly effects around my logo but it really looked off somehow particularly the proportions than it. Finally, I decided to make use of the professional design services of the online custom logo site instead and also got the design I wanted at a reasonable cost and fast too, within a day. I did provide this link for reference and inspiration to my designer as I liked how yours look. I m not gonna design anything without professional help soon although it s fun. Your site is awesome, mind you. And the effect is wonderful

I m getting stuck on step 7- everything seems to look all right to begin with, when I try to put the way in AE, commemorate 409 different masks. After deleting just about the first, an original stem wasn t visible, but this little yellow spot remained. Adjusting the mask didn t do one thing. Am I somehow creating the road incrorrectly? I m using CS5 on Windows if helps.
