Problem solved Had freezing problen in CS6. Software froze when open or new was applied. Also did this from Bride and lightroom. Opened in safe mode also it worked fine. Remembered I had updated video driver a little while earlyer. Rolled back driver in device manager/properties and many types of is good and. If your freezing on opening image, try rolling back video driver.
