I purchased a different computer and that is running Windows 7. I have Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium. When I install trying to open any in the programs, I get a message which tells me that there is undoubtedly an invalid serial number. I called Adobe and in addition they said the serial number is ok, but which the program would possibly not be appropriate for Windows 7.
Is there a method to make this work? Do I need to buy an upgrade CD, is available?

I ran in to the same challenge with invalid serial number error when trying running the program. It gave the impression to activate fine online, but got whole body when trying to perform one in the programs. I discovered that if I created a different program file directory I used C: Program Files OldV on my own C: drive and installed CS2 fot it rather than the regular two program directories provided in Windows 7, it functions! This work around worked tirelessly on two diferent copies of Adobe Creative Suite 2 Premium loaded on two different computers with Windows 7. Apparently, it wouldn't process the parenthesis inside the regular Windows program directory C:Program Files x86. When I told it to set up in C:Program Files, Windows still squeeze files within the C:Program Files x86. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium.
The solution posted by sonnybo33 may work. I had exactly this same issue. To get for this issue, uninstall, then re-install by running the installer as Administrator. This worked for me, but there remain two lingering problems; 1 although Acrobat 7 installed okay, the Adobe PDF print driver will not install. Ive scoured boards for possible solutions, but haven't found something that works; 2 in GoLive, when I open a website page, it initially will not display correctly. By learning from mistakes I discoverd when I choose the preview tab, resize of the question a little, then select back in layout, all is well. Other than that, everything works fine.
