In September 2010, Flat Out Club Member, Justin Hinchliffe approached the Vision team through an ambitious idea. 17 cars joined the tour with forty with the Boys dressed up in various guises, team name related! Various challenges were set on the teams en route. The Mini Tank challenge proved to get pretty competitive, although the photos prove everybody was having a lots of fun.
Once the teams all visited Lanark and after the good night experiencing and enjoying the hospitality in the Valley International Park, Sunday saw an entirely set of new challenges. As manufactured went around the teams were joined by Jimmy and Alison McRae who presented the prizes on the end in the event. The guys and females from The Lost Boys did an incredible job and also the Vision team were delighted for being presented with an inspection for just under 2500 on the presentation. On June 9th, teams took to your circuit at Scotkart, Glasgow to compete within the inaugural Colin McRae Vision Grand Prix Karting challenge. The vision has joined forces with CHAS to increase funds for just a specialist bed therefore we are pleased to report that the objective was exceeded!

The weather was glorious at this coming year s Festival, which had been held at Goodwood House from Thursday 1 st to Sunday 4 th July and attracted record crowds. The theme Viva Veloce! The Passion for Speed celebrated the centenary of Alfa Romero and saw The Red Arrows overhead everyday and spectacularly a Vulcan bomber paid a flying trip to.
The Vision Charity was again in presence with our stand alongside the Richard Burns Foundation. The friendly rivalry continued together with the DIRT2 Showdown where participants could elect to drive for either Burns or McRae, challenging to try and do the stage using the fastest times on the day. The prize to the winning times every day was a run with Jimmy McRae. This took place about the rally special stage for the top in the hill-climb course in a very Subaru Legacy entered by Ian Gwynne of BGM, which Colin had previously driven.
Celebrity drivers were invited to show their skill around the game and Kris Meeke again arrived on the scene on top with all the fastest time with the weekend at 1.44.29 closely then Ott Janak with a duration of 1:51:12 then Paul Nagle, who returned all the time in an attempt to tackle Kris!

All our merchandise proved to become very popular with visiting rally enthusiasts from all of over the world. We were also accompanied for the stand by Fran Richley of Action-Art, who, beneath the easy up canopy behind the R4 build a display of his motorsport prints. During the weekend a picture on the R4 was commissioned and prints will probably be available in due course. A donation is given towards the charity for each print Fran sells. He also very kindly donated two prints which are the prizes to the raffle on Saturday and Sunday. His work attracted many visitors which enable it to be found at

Bruno Magalh es continues to be chosen because the inaugural winner from the Colin McRae IRC Flat Out Trophy following his victory on Sata Rallye A ores, his first within the Intercontinental Rally Challenge.
