The game is badly designed and badly optimised for PC. The PC requirements of 30GB hard disk and 6GB for RAM are absolutely ridiculous. With a GTX Titan it uses all 6GB of vram - why? The graphics are awful and don't justify the size on the hard drive space required or perhaps the memory requirements. The game stutters and lags. There is no field of view slider plus it is capped at 91fps in multiplayer.
The maps are tedious and uninspired. There are lots of new game modes - most of which attracting few players. Yet Search Destroy, usually the one game mode which had been popular having a solid minority, and which raised the COD games a notch above an arcade game, has mysteriously disappeared.

To make matters worse you can find so few games being played that I must wait for long periods of your time before a match will load or settle for an activity mode that I dont want to play, but including the most popular game modes seem to have very few games going.
The gameplay itself rewards lag inducing moves for example sprint-sliding and jumping.
