My 2 Ghz iMac recently the minimum specs to the game, and yes it plays smoothly, greater in fact then this Windows version around the same hardware. I can finally use antialiased graphics which makes the overall game much nicer to experiment with, plus I do not have to reboot my computer to interchange to Windows anymore. FYI, you will want to obtain the patch to version 1.7 from Aspyrs website so that you can have the new maps and be able to experiment with with your pals who are on Windows.

That said, before it arrived on the scene I contacted Aspyr to learn if it was actually only going being for Leopard They said yes, which Id should buy Leopard to perform it. I did so. In fact, I had to revamp my HD to two partitions so I helps keep my original Tiger disk to own Quark 6.52 for my employment. Which doesnt run well in Leopard
After I got the overall game, I installed it into my freshly installed and updated Leopard partition. Guess what! IT WONT EVEN LAUNCH. It crashes when I make an effort to start it. The multi-player game starts, even so the single-player doesnt. I was frustrated as you would expect.
Just away from curiosity, I then rebooted into my Tiger partition to view if it might do anything on that OS. Lo and behold, it ran! It runs just fine in my Aluminum iMac C2D 2.8Ghz Tiger machine, with awesome graphics, textures etc bumped up just a little from recommended and in many cases running in high definition! Ive been playing it for around 2 hours without any problems whatsoever.
If I get for the end of farmville with it running perfectly throughout, maybe Ill bill Aspyr with the cost from the necessary upgrade and time.
