The Battlestar Galactica Fleet Pack was originally created by Coxxon as a possible add-on with a game Star Trek Bridge Commander I believe. Working with members Nothing and Skupilkinson within the CardModels forum at I took an original meshes and cleaned them up and adjusted things so that they could be turned into paper model kits. Nothing and Skupilkinson then unfolded the cleaned up meshes, tidied up instructions and uploaded the kits. A few kits I did completely without any help. Over time revisions are already made to a number of the kits, and kits presented allow me to share the latest versions.
Another forum member, Revell-Fan has since found the development of kits through the fleet pack, and because of him the fleet keeps growing. This is undoubtedly an amazing kit. I bought the galactica in older times, and I ordered this when I could. The shipping was perfectly punctually. The package arrived and not using a single scratch or dent.
As for that set itself, its incredibly fun to set up. Its a reasonably big ship though, and has now some great weight for it. Its proportionally accurate on the galactica likewise!!

I execute a lot of model kit building, mainly warships, armor and science fiction kits. Many science fiction kits feature great cover art within the box plus a so-so kit from the box. This kit can be an incredibly well executed model, it assembles easily, all facets fits properly and it would be a pleasure to construct. Be sure to refer to the instructions in sequence since many of the mid hull assembly should interlock with all the other sections for support. A new or inexperienced modeler should not have any problem building this kit. Highly recommended!
First ok, i'll say that this is usually a model kit that requires assembly and paint. This kit came within a big box and it is heavy. The parts haven't any flash, cleanup is easy and appearance like the version shown on TV. One thing that Moebius did differently for this version as opposed to Galactica would be that the landing bays usually are not open from side-to-side. They include decals which do look quite convincing. I suggest this model.

This model is awesome. I had a couple minor difficulty with other Moebius models but none in any respect with this one. The mould is exceedingly detailed, assembly is only about as simple because it gets, and like all from the other Moebius Models products I have, is made like a tank! Add an aftermarket light kit after only more awesome.
I am not much of a fan in the newer Battlestar Galactica. I definitely did not such as look of the modern Galactica. I think that it Battlestar Pegasus was designed to appease fans of the initial Galactica. I however liked that inside show Battlestar had different looks, they werent all a similar looking ship.
I am a not so formal modeler, I only build models from television shows or movies that catch my attention and only keep most of them. This model was made very well, unlike older models Moebius models are designed for quality. The plastic quality is heavier than older models and isn't going to feel hollow.
My nephew loved the ship, especially when we painted each one piece. The base basically sufficient enough to keep the ship up without toppling over. Good deal for that price and final product when all said and done.
For advice, I would definitely recommend reading the manual ahead for people who normally dont and paint the pieces ahead, probably all on exactly the same day while they are around the runners.
