A Kids Review on December 1, 2001
I have always love the backyard series. Especially football these games are for all ages. At least thats what I think. The backyard series set it up insperation to try and do my own games. Even though I am still 11 years I like to program games.
I believe its cool you can pick players from real football to use your team. All the backyard characters have there own personality as well as its really cool approach them. Another positive thing about the series is the games are very cheap. I think it may be worth the money and you will probably play it for a long period with out getting bord. But should you do buy it I would suggest putting it around the hardest level so that it will take longer to overpower the game.

My 6 year-old son enjoys the overall game. What he enjoys might not be what you expect. The game allows kids to settle on pro teams and pro football players as kids. My son enjoys picking the teams up to he enjoys playing the experience. A neat feature is an capacity to mold a farmer, picking build, sex, hair style/color and playing ability. This is especially fun for the kids. Playing the experience is rather cumbersome, however. The computer does a large amount of the work. You really only play one player. Plays can be purchased but do not make much sense to some young kid. A good game. Weve tried some with the others, backyard baseball and soccer not basketball yet. Baseball appears to require by far the most input but it's slow. My son likes soccer the most beneficial. Have fun.

I use to try out the backyard games when I would have been a kid, whilst still being I enjoy this til this very day.
This game is what I was seeking, similar gameplay towards the 2001 edition, but nonetheless compatible with Windows 8. I like it and would recommend it to anyone.

I own other backyard games like backyard basketball, backyard soccer, and backyard baseball but this one could be the best!The cool things are you'll be able to make, and name your individual plays, you'll be able to name, and make your individual players also if your kids score a touchdown they do ones are very funny!Another positive thing is that the players have great skills, you'll be able to play with a couple, and it is possible to play with pro things- no bad things!Anyone who likes baseball, basketball, soccer or almost any sport would really, really, really, love this a game I would recommend!

This was purchased like a gift for my son. He and the friends have spent several hours playing it. They enjoy having the ability to pick their very own teams. The personal stories related from the football players are exceedingly funny and entertaining, especially Brett Favres. Having the football players as kids makes farmville appropriate for the children of all ages.

I don't realize how your childhood was like, but mine was sprinkled with kids playing inside the backyards and using the ad hoc playing of the sort of games.
