Ive been using AVG don / doff for several years having chosen a Mac, less so over the last three. However, my kid installed a chrome extension that I mistaked being a virus and quickly I installed the AVG trial in try and isolated and take off said extension. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!! My AVG auto updated towards the new 2016 version. It completely took over my computer and blew away every one of my Web browsers apart from Firefox.
