For three films well, two in Ozs case, weve followed Jim with his fantastic inseparable secondary school foursome into adulthood. And for what? To watch them go back to their East Great Falls stomping grounds and tell you the same tired genre motions, because both versions is only getting a whole lot more tiresome every cast reunion the American Pie squad slaps together? Theres no feeling of purpose. No ambition, no passion, no grand plan. Just boys behaving badly. Again.
