I purchase earlier versions of CreataCard and have already been very pleased with every upgrade. But not on this occasion. While there are various nice graphics, most and in some categories - allof graphics require you be online to even view them. If you paste an item, then you've got to wait even though the graphic downloads. Many on the artwork that have previously experienced my PC are only available if Im online. I have written the business; they acknowledged that most of graphics were internet and advised me to show off that come with or to upgrade!!! I said I wanted my a refund.

I have Creatacard Gold 3 and find it irresistible. Wanted to Purchase more, but as being bought out by Broderbund, an opportunity for expanding the cards around the CDs was removed. The only option available is usually to purchase a newer version. I was okay achievable, but found the newer version doesnt even come near in quality, variety, or convenience. If youve used the sooner versions and so are looking for more cards, do NOT waste your hard earned dollars or time about this inferior product.

I HAVE OWNED MANY AMERICAN GREETINGS PROGRAMS IN THE PAST AND THIS ONE IS THE ONLINE IMAGES DONT WORK FOR SOME I TRY TO LOOK AT THEM THE PROGRAM SHUTS CANT EVEN DESIGN MY OWN CARD! I HAVE TO MAKE THE PRE-MADE ONES WONDER ALL THE AMERICAN GREETINGS PROGRAMS ARE DISCONTINUED AND NO LONGER HAVE ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT HALLMARK CARD STUDIO 2004 OR PRINTMASTER PLATINUM

Very disappointing. I had been using CreataCard Gold Copywrite 1997 and was happy with it. I purchased version 8 hoping with the same user-friendly interface and even more professional quality cards with multiple greetings.
I found this versions interface to become cumbersome. The size from the cards was they cannot see before selection. When I scrolled the vista kept bouncing backward. The cards were almost all cartoon quality- few nice, professional quality like the 1st version. Most in the cards were accessible only via the Internet. DEFINITELY NOT AN IMPROVEMENT OVER THE ORIGINAL CREATACARD GOLD. KNOWING WHAT I KNOW NOW, I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT IT.

I started with creatacard 2. I loved it so I got creatacard 3. I liked that a lot better so I got creatacard 4. This was a total waste of my money. It is so different in the original product which I cant believe they could even use precisely the same name. A total waste of time and cash for anything after version 3.

I am the owner of CreataCard Gold 3. I adore it but it is outdated so I chose to upgrade towards the CreataCard Platinum 8. I am very disappointed. I can not utilize the old version saved files it doesnt reconize them. You cannot send an email from the card minus the whole shop showing. It is more difficult to use. I dont believe that it is user friendly.
I wish I had read these reviews before purchacing it. To anybody that has that old version tend not to upgrade. To those who do not contain the older version then good luck for you.

I couldn't even fully grasp this installed.
After searching the web site for Broderbund and receiving unbelievably complicated instructions to put in, still it did not work. You cannot contact them because the only reason this business will consult you about the phone should be to sell you something. There is no e-mail support for this device, probably because they may not possibly hire enough staff to compliment this service because this supplement is so bad.
I e-mailed Riverdeep which owns Broderbund with sent me a form letter e-mail instructing me to perform everything I had done this far without any further help.
I also had to try and do a long complicated process to eliminate a previous version from my computer and also to finally take away the mess that had been created from trying to fit this program.
Dont waste your time and energy or funds on products from this manufacturer.

I go along with D. Davis Honolulu. I are already using CreataCard Gold 3 for decades and tried the upgrades and quit on them as they aren't a patch on CreataCard Gold 3. I usually like Broderbund products but they must go back for the drawing board or better still go time for Gold 3

Was not much of a real program just an upgradable CD that has been orginally distributed at no cost.
Use this system very often. I make cards for many occasions, card tallies for card club,
