I purchased this collection for 7 during amazons Winter holiday sale and and I need to say that with the price I paid it's worth revisiting the AOE franchise. I need to say though that I am greater than surprised which the price has shot nearly 40 for your PC download. 40 for the game that ends a decade old??? I really have zero idea the retailers are usually planning by marking up Age of Empires 3 to this kind of price even using the additional DLCs. Other than how the game itself is truly fantastic and runs well on Windows 8, any semi-modern gaming console should be in a position to run it at what passed for high settings in 2005, it can even be run on steam. AOE 3 in my view helped to pave the way for modern RTS 3D strategy war game.

When you appear at Age of Empires, its an RTS game. PC may be the right platform, especially whenever you consider the free-to-play model were doing. Were pushing the envelope within the business model. Were pushing the envelope of what Age of Empires has done within the past. Were getting yourself into this MMO arena. All those things combine efforts to say, PC would be the right platform for this supplement.
Can I come up with a great a sport on that platform? Thats what I care by far the most about, and be sure that thing is fantastic and great.
Its fortunate we are within the PC platform. I love the PC platform. A lot with the games Ive done within the past are saved to PC. Im excited being able to bring that focus returning to PC for MGS, because we havent done a whole lot of stuff there.
