Support keep realeasing new edition every year with new and useless features - meaning you cant download a vintage copy from the file. I asked support to supply me with version with the files that I had purchased, one support guy Simon Liu, total assmunch - eds. you could delete this paranthesis should you must explained that they not allow someone to do this because they don't support the application old software. I had to upgrade every key at 150 per licence for features I wouldn't wish. My old purchase would be a waste of money since they would not i want to redownload the file - even CNET just points on the latest version, I was unsuccessful locating it online.
Easy to work with though it has some annoying bugs. It would be significantly better overall when it actually had support.

Poor support, worse communication plus some features don t work
The HTML editing is quite flaky - support for tables doesnt work - I was informed by support which it isnt supported also to redesign our campaigns - although there are options/buttons dialogs setting these up! Since complaining and requesting a reimbursement, we have not have been told by them so I guess a reimbursement is not forthcoming. Test thoroughly before commiting when you wont get the money back - even when the problem is together with the product
