Photoshop Elements 8, 9 and 10 all suffer from your same major flaw. You can barely read the small fonts and find out the printing and icons from the black on grey background. This is especially true should you have a larger resolution monitor which a lot of us do now. I was so disappointed when I purchased this system because I expected a whole lot more from Adobe. They are suppose being the gold standard of photo editing. I was shocked when I opened this software and could barely apply it. I have decent vision but I need to strain to see the UI printing. There is no method to adjust the font size or background color in different of these versions. Adobe forums are brimming with complaints relating to this issue and I recommend NOT buying the product until it's rectified.
Dont waste your dollars until Adobe provides a strategy to adjust UI fonts and background color.

That was what I thought, used the trail version. I liked 9, although it did not try everything well and was not by any means easy to understand some instructions many internet seeking better tutorials. Im not an experienced guitarist, dont cause me to work so hard to master it, right? The features I used, simple cropping, adding text and many corrections used clone lots, 9 was much simpler and easier to view the tools! For the price, Ill wait and discover if the next improved version is definitely an improvement.

Who needs full Photoshop?
I have Elements 9 and 12 will be the right upgrade the way it brings much more now in the best way of great features it is nearly as good as the total version of Photoshop. As an amateur photographer, I simply dont need many with the features in CS and I don't have any wish to join the cloud and pay monthly for that privilege.
I like the old-fashioned, simple means of buying a programme, loading it from disc, inatallation with the unlock key and becoming on with it. Updates arrive eventually and I do not need to possess them before anybody else - it really is just not too urgent in my opinion. I recently purchased an upgrade to Corel Paintshop with all the intention of improving my editing skills but after I spent many hours looking to understand the many aspects in the programme, I decided it had been going being a long haul and doubtless not for me personally.
