Photoshop Elements 8, 9 and 10 all suffer from your same major flaw. You can barely read the small fonts and find out the printing and icons up against the black on grey background. That was what I thought, used the trail version. I liked 9, although it did not fit everything in well and was not whatsoever easy to understand some instructions a great deal of internet in search of better tutorials. Im not a professional, dont cause me to work so hard to find out it, right? The features I used, simple cropping, adding text and many corrections used clone a whole lot, 9 was less of a challenge and easier to view the tools!
