Photoshop Elements 8, 9 and 10 all suffer in the same major flaw. You can barely read the small fonts and discover the printing and icons up against the black on grey background. That was what I thought, used the trail version. I liked 9, although it did not try everything well and was not by any means easy to understand some instructions many internet looking for better tutorials. Im not a professional, dont cause me to feel work so hard to know it, right? The features I used, simple cropping, adding text and many corrections used clone a great deal, 9 was less of a challenge and easier to determine the tools! For the price, Ill wait and discover if the next improved version can be an improvement.
