There seem to be some external issues that influence your window size on these palettes however. I had contact from somebody that identified windowblinds as causing this challenge on his machine win7/64. The only other experience I ve had on this is with some Configurator palettes, the behavior can be different on two identical machines OSX and I could never deal with why same config, same software footprint. really weird.
I wish I had some surefire advice to suit your needs, but I ve only a few disparate experiences with that certain and no clear causation my best advice should be to deinstall and reinstall the zxp after which restart everything. I know that s little to go on, sorry that.
