This document contains known issues and troubleshooting tips not covered from the Acrobat and Reader documentation. Adobe identified this issues with the time Acrobat XI and Reader XI were released. Separate TechNotes or release notes cover conditions that arose ever since the release. If an update fixes a problem, the version number is noted. Bugs associated having an issue on this document show up in brackets.

The Acrobat XI Pro application includes the AdobeID concept. The Adobe ID is optional each time a serial number is provided.
